Directions to the lab

The lab is located in the Neurospin building, in the Saclay campus of the Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique (CEA), about 25 km South-West of Paris. The entrance of the campus is on the N306 road at a traffic circle where the bus stops (if you come by public transpoprtations). After entering the campus, take the first on the left and follow the "Neurospin" signs (5 mins walk). Bring an ID card: you will need it to enter Neurospin.

Schedule of the morning shuttles to CEA departing from Paris, Massy etc.etc.
  • By train :

    • From Paris : take a train on RER B line, direction Saint-Remy-les-Chevreuses
Get off at Le Guichet (from Paris center this takes about 40 minutes).
Be careful! Not all trains stop at Le Guichet; check the train stops on the monitors located on the platform. You can buy a train ticket to "Le Guichet" at any metro station.

Once at "Le Guichet", go under the railway bridge. A bit farther, you'll see bus stops on your right (after a café). Take the CEA Shuttle (schedule below) or take a bus from the line 269-02 and get off at the stop CEA RN 306.
      RER-CEA shuttle, morning departures at 8h - 8h15 - 8h30 - 8h45 - 9h - 9h15 - 9h30 - 9h45

Outside these periods, the next best solution is :

  • From Paris : take the RER B train line (train every 20 minutes), direction Saint-Remy-les-Chevreuses
Get off at Massy (from Paris center this will take you about ? minutes); check the train destination and stops on the monitors located on the platform. You'll need to buy a train ticket to Massy at any metro station.

Then take the bus. Ask for a bus which goes to CEA and stops at porte 306 and not porte Nord (line 91-06). Every half an hour from 5.30 to 21.00.

  • By car :

    • From Porte de Saint-Cloud: direction Pont de Sevres, then N118: exit Saclay then head towards St Aubin (don't go towards Chateaufort). At the first round about turn right and immediately left (do not pass the barrier), then follow the signs to NeuroSpin.

    • From Porte d'Orleans: A6, then A10 towards Bordeaux. Still going south on A10 you will see the sign for Versailles, Palaiseau, when on the N444 follow the sign for Saclay (don't go to Saclay Village) at a big round about called Christ de Saclay head towards St Aubin (don't go towards Chateaufort). At the first round about turn right and immediately left (do not pass the barrier), then follow the signs to NeuroSpin.

  • By taxi :

    • At Le Guichet station if there are no taxis, you can call 06 09 13 27 76 (about 15 min)

    • At Massy-Palaiseau station : if there are no taxis, you can call 06 84 45 02 28 or 06 50 07 86 97 or 01 69 30 18 55 (about 35 min)
