How to improve this site

Use GRR to book a time slot

  • Before booking a time slot for your experiment, you have to document your experiment by filling out a form named Fiche Synthese.
    • This form will provide information to the medical staff about your research protocol: research topic, objectives of your research, type of investigation, constraints about the volunteers who can participate to this research protocol etc... All this information is necessary for the medical staff in order to recruit volunteers according to your research protocol design.
    • Your research protocol should be concise, specific and the research should be written for a non-expert audience.
    • Please insure that your contact information is clearly specified on the form (phone and email) AND that the main investigator is also listed.
  • Send this form to Lionel Allirol and/or the LBIOM email.

GRR ("Gestion et Réservation de Ressources") is a platform accessible on our intranet network and from internet with your personal login and password. This login and password are delevered by Lionel Allirol. Contact him to obtain it.

It is used to book a time slot for your experiment and to manage the different reservation times.
You will also find the planning of medical doctors in charge of including volunteers in your study.
Before you book a time for an experiment, check that a medical doctor is available at that time.

Optimal MEG scheduling

MEG slots can be booked from 7:30 am (7h30) to 7 pm (19h) if an MD is present at NeuroSpin (see GRR planning).
For instance, if a time slot is booked from 10 am on, you can book your time slot from 7:30am or 8 am if your experiemnt is about 2 to 2.5 hours long.
Please be considerate of others in your scheduling so as to avoid dead times in the day and insure optimal use of the MEG lab. For this, keep in mind
that it should be possible to see 6 MEG slots of 2 hours or 4 MEG-EEG slots of 3 hours in the day. Hence, try not to leave just 1 hour slot between 2 sessions...
