Take a RER B train (from Paris, towards Saint-Remy-les-Chevreuses). Departure times are available on the RATP website (link here) in real time. You can get off at Massy or Le Guichet (see below).

Beware that not all trains stop at Le Guichet and Massy, but the signs on the platform clearly indicate the stops of each train.

From Le Guichet (recommended option, especially for first-time visitors): If coming from Paris, go under the railway bridge. On leaving the station, turn right after the café “La Terrasse” and take rue du Guichet. Walk on the left side of this street, after ~50 m (before the bridge) there is a pedestrian path that turns left. You will arrive at the bus station (see this google map to vizualise the path and bus stop). From there, take the bus from  line 9 (toward Campus HEC, Saclay) and get off at the stop CEA-Porte Sud – Mare du Vivier. There is 1 bus every 5-10 minutes during rush hours.

From Massy: Take a bus from line 91-06 (toward Christ de Saclay) or 91-10 (toward Saint Quentin) and get off at the CEA-Porte Sud – Mare du Vivier bus stop. These lines ensure 1 bus every 10 minutes during rush hours.

Once at the bus stop CEA-Porte Sud – Mare du Vivier, Neurospin is just in front of the bus stop, however you need to walk around the building to access the main entrance (see map on the current page).
